A quite special time for me, the very last workshop of this nearly 2 months crazy tea tour, in 7 different European countries! It was in the Herbaciarnia Czarka tea house (@herbaciarniaczarka ) in Krakow, Poland, and we spent 5 hours to explore together how puerh tea evolve with time, what are the different direction they can take, how to recognize them and when to drink these different teas!
