Resin of time (listening to the tea leaves) is a personal creation that I presented in various European cities during this tour. One might think that it is a form of innovative tasting, or that it is a new type of tea. But that would be very reductive. Tea is just a medium here, a way to share and bring to life a perception, a solidified set of ideas, feelings, and emotions. Some people missed the point, seeing only a mass of smells, tastes, and flavors. Others got into it and were deeply touched by what they experienced. Resin of Time touches on the depth of time, memory, wounds, slow reconstruction, and the particular flavor of healing. Presenting this piece in Ukraine was important to me. It was a powerful moment, in the near darkness of the city, gathered in a circle on two single tatami mats. Something precious happened between our breaths and this tea that gradually revealed itself to us, something that is deeply rooted within us and will continue to grown... #tea #teaart #artoftea #teaperformance #teatime #ukraine
