The Best Old Oolong I've ever had. (Part 1) ⚱️🍨♨️ We have sold a number of these and so I wanted to make this long demo to show people how to brew this 57 year oolong (tag says 1968, difficult to authenticate) to maximize the (unforgettable) experience. This Dan Cong is unique because it is a Ripe style, rare these days and more traditional (more oxidized). It brews similar to how one would brew a shu puerh or Fully matured sheng. It also brews much longer than a normal Dan Cong. You can hit it hard and keep brewing continuously to keep the temperature as hot as possible. There's plenty of Gong fu lessons in this video, and some spoilers of tasting notes. Note: The term "single bush" means a single cultivar or variety, rather than literally one tree. Enjoy this relic antique tea. Limited availability at Puerh Medicine ♨️
