Yuja 🍊Hongcha (red tea 🔴) @hadong_tea_jade I saved this tea for a day I needed extra comfort. Usually I don’t go for blended teas but this one has two of my favorite things inside: yuja (yuzu fruit) and Korean red tea. At first, it reminded me of those afternoons at my grandma’s where she used to put a lemon slice in my dark English breakfast tea. I remember that at a certain point I decided that lemon tea wasn’t for me (the exception is still the Hong Kong style one) and I just smelled the fresh fruit infusing in my mom’s warm cup. For me tea was just enough on its own… until I had yuja flavored ones. They bring me back but also they have a foreign aroma and taste to me, now they became linked to my love for Korea and my time there, so which day is more perfect to drink it than a nostalgic one? #yuja #yuzu #yujacha #koreantea #koreanteaculture
