Korean drip Hojicha ☕️

Korean drip Hojicha ☕️ I stumbled upon this tea in a tea fair in Seoul 🇰🇷 and I immediately got it. I am a huge specialty coffee lover so this was made for me, same method of making filter coffee with the @hario_official V60 but with less stress. You end up with a very strong brew (I swear with my eyes closed I can mistake it for coffee) that is far less caffeinated (or maybe not caffeinated at all?). I trust Koreans with tea but even more with coffee making and I was right again, this is absolutely a must in the morning or afternoon lunch when I crave coffee but I want to avoid it. A plus? They said to me this stronger version is actually made with powder that comes from creating a more mild and coarse Hojicha powder that can be brewed the same way. No waste in the Korean households. I regret not buying both versions but this is perfect for iced drip “coffee” tea. Can’t wait to brew it again! Save this reel for later inspo and follow me to know more about Korean special teas 🤗♥️ #koreantea #dripcoffee #driptea #hojicha #hojichadriptea #hario #hariov60
