Morning tea hours (minutes) with @identitea.shop 🥱🫖 I woke up craving a strong red tea and @identitea.shop Everest Black didn’t disappoint. From the highest in altitude plantation, straight from the slopes of Everest: this tea, born as a project to support local communities in Nepal, offers an elegant, velvety infusion rich in aromas, from bread crust and rose to honey and dried fruit. Exactly what I woke up dreaming about. Since I had to tune in for work, I brewed it as a western infusion, but I will definitely try it in a gaiwan soon. If you love tea with a strong body and delicate aromas, this is also your gig. Mi sono svegliata con la voglia di un tè rosso dai toni decisi (che strano!), e l’Everest Black di @identitea.shop non mi ha deluso. Da una delle piantagioni più alte del mondo, direttamente dalle pendici dell’Everest: questo tè, nato da un progetto a supporto delle comunità locali del Nepal, regala un’infusione elegante e vellutata, ricca di aromi, dalla crosta di pane alla rosa, dal miele alla frutta secca. Esattamente quello che sognavo appena sveglia. Dovendo lavorare al computer subito dopo, l’ho preparato in infusione occidentale… ma non vedo l’ora di provarlo in gaiwan.
