Ssuk cha 🍵🇰🇷 is one of my favorite traditional Korean tea and since it’s often used in its powder form to flavor both traditional and western desserts in Korea you can enjoy it in many forms. I don’t even need to say it: its taste is so delicious, aromatic and unique. I will always choose it over matcha (sorry not sorry) 🌿 Of course I also choose it for its amazing properties: ✨ Detoxifies the body 🌿 Aids digestion 🧘♀️ Calms the mind 💤 Promotes restful sleep (no caffeine) 💫 Rich in antioxidants 💃 Supports hormonal balance in women I miss having Ssuk cheesecake for my dessert 😭 #ssukcha #mugworttea #koreanwellness #herbalhealing #hormonebalance #womenshealth
