My first tea of the year 💫🍵
My first tea of the year 💫🍵 Byuk-ah hwang cha is a yellow fermented yellow tea pressed in bricks. Cultivated and produced in a mountain village 300 meters above sea level at the foot of Mount Jiri, Aghyang 🇰🇷, this tea is produced by roasting and hand-working the tea leaves, then making them ferment through a process called “min-hwan” and drying them in the sun. The tea is further pressure in the form of a brick by steam and reach a sweet taste trough more fermentation 🌱 This was one of the Korean tea I brought to Italy for my event on Korean tea with the @italianteasociety ❤️ My goal for 2025 is learning more and more about tea and introducing Korean tea to many people as possible. I hope you will come along this journey with me in the new year! ✨ #Tea #koreantea #koreantealover #korea #koreanproduct #tealover #newyear
